ANIMAL ADVOCACY THROUGH REHABILITATION

Although I have been interested in animal rehabilitation for many years (I wanted to be a veterinarian when I was a small child), it wasn't until I moved to Michigan that I had the opportunity to take classes with the IWRC (International Wildlife Rehabilitation Council). Thus far, I have successfully completed three courses with the IWRC: Minimal Standards for Wildlife Rehabilitation, Pain and Wound Management, and Zoonotic Diseases.

I have had the pleasure of volunteering at three different rehabilitation centers in Michigan, and I am hoping to restart this trend in 2022.
